- Answer I have mine at approximately 30 degree down angle. Mounted right where the wall meets the ceiling. Perfect angle for viewing anywhere in the room.

- Answer The mount will turn both left/right and up/down, as well as extend. How much will depend on the screen and cables, but I've been able to get in back of my screen without any issues. Maybe 70-degrees off the flat of the wall.

- Answer It should adjust to what ever tv you use in the size range. There is a lot of freedom to make it fit. Just might need some trial and error.

QuestionMy monitor is 15 Lbs (without the stand) and is 27", the VESA pattern is 100x100. The manual says to only use mounts that can support up to 60 lbs. Is that just the company being extra cautious or should i use a different mount?

- Answer I would recommend getting a mount that fits all of the requirements set forth by the manufacturer, including that weight limit requirement.

- Answer Interesting question. I do not think the holes on the bracket will line up with the holes on the tv if you use it so that it moves right to left.

QuestionDry Wall Mount?Hi - I know it breaks warranty etc... but I was wondering about installation of an LED TV that weighs only 11 lb using this mount and toggle bolts that have a 70 lb capacity. My wall has metal wall studs, and I am not able to drill through them. This leaves me with a dilemma. I thought the toggle bolts would be okay since my particular TV is so light and also due to the fact that I will never be moving the tilt - the TV will never be touched at all... Thanks.

- Answer I have no idea why you cannot drill through metal studs as I do it all the time. The hardware supplied should support the TV on drywall with no problem.

QuestionDo you sell a product that would allow the TV to be centered after installation of the mount? The stud is not located in the center of a small wall.

- Answer I used this for a smaller monitor (22"), so I just used large toggle bolts. I wouldn't try it with a bigger TV. You may have to open up the wall and install some blocking. Not terribly difficult, if you have done sheet rock work. If you haven't, buy a 6 pack for a friend.

- Answer I think it would probably work. As long as the mount fits the back of your TV, it will certainly hold the weight.

QuestionWhy do you not include a longer hex key.Why do you not include a longer hex key to tighten the locking screw. There is not enough room between the wall and the TV to turn the hex key. Also how far do you need to screw the locking screw into the bracket.

- Answer I agree I had to tighten in position I wanted before hanging TV then used curved end of coat hanger to pull down and lock I thought maybe this was a problem for me since I have such large hands

- Answer the weight of the TV holds down the mount, so just pull out the bottom away from the wall a little and lift it straight up
