• I'm not sure about the dimensions of the ELPH 160. I use it for the Canon ELPH 300 HS. It is about 3 1/2": x 2 1/8" x 3/4"

• My Nikon Coolpix 9500 fits easily, and I'm pretty sure the ELPH is considerably smaller. You can check the dimensions to be sure.

• If your ELPH is about the same size as a Sony DSC-WX220, then you'll be fine.
