• Yes, the strap can be adjusted to cross the body....something I do often myself.

• I'm not sure about total length, but it has an adjustable strap that can be extended to a cross body carry.

• Yes, the strap is indeed long enough & comfortable...at least for me when I used it cross-body when I was on a trip last month, 5' 9" size 4 woman. ;)
