The Enrich Pro comes with a travel case, two size #312 batteries, a cleaning tool/brush, instruction manual, two different-sized tubes for each ear, and three different-sized comfort ear tips. The batteries last different lengths depending on use and many other factors, but the three provided should last you around a month. Thank you.
