Q: QuestionI'm able to pair my lucid hearing aids in the app and as devices on my android phone. But when I get a phone call or I make a call I have to use the mic, my aids won't stream.

- A:Answer Hi there! Please try disconnecting the hearing aids from your phone, open the battery doors of the hearing aids and then close them to reset. Once unpaired and reset, begin repairing your hearing aids to the device. This should re-establish the streaming connection. Thank you
