No, the watch can charge from within the case just like normal.

No, it charges fine with the case attached. The watch does not completely cover the back sensor/charging area.

It charges just fine in the case no problems in the two months I've had it.

No. Just, let the charger over any surface and place the phone over the tap of the charger, and in a couple of minutes the phone will be 100% charged.
