Yes it can be used with a screen protector. But again, it's really bulky and takes away a lot of the beauty of the Apple Watch. However, I don't believe there is another case that surpasses this one in terms of protection, so I still wear it at work, sometimes I have to run down the hall or catch a patient mid fall and I bang the watch against things quite a bit however my watch has suffered no damage due to this case.
