• A:Answer If you asking about Pickup from a local Best Buy option then yes you will have few days to pick up the laptop. The order details should have a date by when you have to pick up the item, if you don't pick up by the date, then Best Buy will cancel the Order. However, you could also extend the Pick Up Date by few more days if you are not able to make it by the initial end date.

• A:Answer You have to buy the MacBook through Apple’s Website and to get education pricing you have to have a .edu email address. It does not come with any of Microsoft’s Software.
