• You have to buy the MacBook through Apple’s Website and to get education pricing you have to have a .edu email address. It does not come with any of Microsoft’s Software.

• BB has student pricing. Just sign up for on their web site. Or go to store and show student ID. It has always worked for me.

• It doesn't come with Microsoft, but it does come with Apple's Numbers, Pages, etc. that work with Microsoft files. Some. people actually prefer the Apple apps over Microsoft's.
