Not to my knowledge. Apple allows new products to be sold at stores like Best Buy only if the price is the same as Apple stores. Even the promotional sales must be the same offered by Apple. Best Buy sales used/preowned laptops in working condition that tend to be a few hundred dollars cheaper and are unlocked where it can be registered as your device on ICloud. I have a student discount for my monthly Apple Music subscription so I thought they may offer one for computers. The only promotion for students I have found was to apply for a citi bank “student” credit card.
