A:Answer That's unfair. Getting your code is a simple and painless process. Simply call Best Buy's customer support line every day for five days and eventually you'll get an agent willing to offer something other than "the code is coming". Just be sure to demand that they generate the code and read it aloud to you instead of being fooled by promises of getting it emailed to you "soon". Or, alternatively, just download the Origin client and buy it through EA directly in what I can only imagine is a smooth, instantaneous process just like every transaction of this nature has always been until I tried preordering a digital code through Best Buy.
