• Which tripod do you have? But I don't think you can use the quick release from the tripod on that monopod.

• The only way to attach anything to the Manfrotto Monopod is with the screw. I'm assuming you have the Manfrotto Tripod quick release plate attached to your camera. You would need to purchase another quick release base to mount on the monopod, thus enabling you to move your camera between the tripod and monopod without have to unscrew anything.
