Can it fit a dslr with 70-300 lens? null

Yes, I have the lens attached and it fits snugly in the bag and still have room for the 55mm lens. It came with additional Velcro padding so you can arrange the bag the best way for your equipment

Probably not if it is a very long lens but it will fit my Nikon 28-300...

Possibly depending on the camera and lens... I can fit a Nikon D750 with a Nikkor 24-300 lens...

Yes, DSLR with 70-300 will fit on this.

I have a 5D M4 w/24-105L on it in the main section and it fits fine. Which if it’s the 70-300mm USM (3.01 x 5.62”) and not the L, then it’s should fit just fine as the 24-105L (3.3x4.1“) attached to the camera still leaves a ton of space.
