• A:Answer This is a monopod. If you are asking if it can hold the weight of a camera with a large lens, yes. You may need a lens stabilizer bar depending on how sturdy or strong the connection is to your camera. I would recommend using the larger screw mount instead of the 1/4" if you can.

Q: QuestionIs it necessary to have the Manfrotto - 200PL Aluminium Plate in order to attach to a canon 35? I already have a plate to attach to a regular tri -pod, but not sure if I need a special attachment or if it's good to go with just the monopod.
