Will this work with smaller tv's like a 35 and below? null

Pg 2 of the instructions state to verify the TV meets several requirements. One of those is 44"-80" diagonally. I'm not 100% sure why that would be a requirement outside of hiding the mount behind the TV (visual aesthetics). The VESA and Weight Capacity to me seem to be the actual critical parts.
