• I bought mine as a preorder bonus for 2.99 extra with super Mario 3d game but u have to choose the package that has it included Because there is a package that you can add it to game to bundle it.

• It was available when I pre-ordered the game as an add-on product for $1.99. Seems that was the only way to get it as far as I know. You might could try 3rd party though.

• its not a pre order bonus, but you can buy it bundled with the game.
