QuestionI know the Stanmore can be used with a record player. Can the Acton be compatible with record players?

- Answer The Stanmore has RCA in jacks. This only has a line in jack. Technically you COULD use an RCA to 3.5 adapter but the Stanmore has the jacks built in.

QuestionCan I wake these up from standby mode with my phone? I want to place them high up but won't be able to reach the knobs.

- Answer Yes. Mine usually wakes up without issue but every once in a while I need to do it from the app. It's not a big issue. I can't remember the last time I physically touched my speaker.

- Answer Hello, some customers are able to successfully use the speaker with a Turntable, some are not. While the speakers can be connected via cable, it isn't always possible to connect via Bluetooth so we suggest making sure there is a trial or exchange period to be sure. And yes, a pre-amp will be required to use a Marshall Speaker with a Turntable.

- Answer Hello Mike, If your speaker supports one of the inputs of the speaker , 3.5 mm aux or Bluetooth, then yes, the speaker will most likely be able to connect with your TV.

- Answer Hi Elisabeth, the Acton II Bluetooth can be used with a device that is a max of 10 metres away without any physical obstacles. If you start to experience interference or disturbances, move the audio device closer to the speaker.

QuestionI have an acton connected, wirelessly, to a Bluetooth turntable. However, when I tried to couple my new acton I get a lot of dropping in and out of the 2nd. If the main speaker is run through aux, can the 2nd still be coupled?

- Answer It is only possible to connect to the paired speakers via Bluetooth. Make sure the speakers are sitting close to each other and that there is minimal interference from other devices nearby.

- Answer The Acton II Bluetooth does not have batteries, it is not a portable model and must be plugged in to a power source in order to function. At this time, there are no Marshall Speakers with replaceable batteries.

- Answer The color is like a brassy gold. Not super fake looking gold but a little more brassy. But definitely not rose gold. Hope that makes sense. It’s a great color if you want it match with yellow gold it is very close.
