- Answer Hello Jbay, thanks for your interest in the Emberton III. The Emberton III can't be connected with a mic or a guitar, no. The only input is Bluetooth. If you are looking for something to use with your mic or guitar, we recommend checking out Marshall Amps.

SPL stands for sound pressure level and is also commonly referred to as efficiency and sensitivity. This parameter represents how loud a speaker is. A higher SPL equates to a louder speaker. The Emberton II has an SPL rating of 87 dB SPL @ 1 m.

- Answer Hello, the Emberton II supports Bluetooth 5.1 with the SBC Codec; it doesn't support aptX low Latency. We put a lot of work into making the speaker sound amazing regardless of what codec your device will support.

QuestionI have a Sharp bluetooth CD player with 2 attached speakers. The sound quality is awful, so I plan to disconnect the speakers and replace them. Would I be able to pair this portable Marshall speaker with my CD player and have much better audio quality?

- Answer That means its on. If you see red dot light on one side and red bars on the other than speaker is on. You need the marshall app to use speaker unfortunately
