when is this available for pre order null

Considering this is avaliable (well sites make it seem like its in preorder still or even places like Target says its "in stores" which by no mean its out there) for best buy to not have it in preorder or have any info or not answer your ? Is rather rude to me. I am sure you like myself trust only a few places to shop from and best buy is one of them and i prefer to buy this figure here but if their not willing to sell it we might have to keep searching.
