• it will surely fit a nine-year old's head. there's a strap inside to adjust the helmet. it's a little small for adults, but perfect for a kid.

• Im an adult & it fits me well so it should definitely fit a 9 yo but it will be a bit big on them

• It has adjustable straps in the helmet, but maybe will not fit if head us really small

• That really depends on the size of your 9-year-old's head, but there's a good chance they could get it to fit. There are a decent number of adjustments inside the helmet, so you can probably make it fit.
