If you ordered it online they will send a random figure from that wave. For example, if you go to bestbuy.com and order a Gambit figure, you can end up getting forge because he is within the same wave. That's why they say "Figure Style May Vary". If you are still within your 14 day return policy you can take it in to any store to get your money back and hopefully find the figure you were looking for!
