I don't think this question has an official answer yet. People seem to be assuming the game will just ship early. The beta access is an entirely separate thing, so anyone reading this, please do not rely on that other answer.

Best Buy have no plans to fulfill physical Deluxe orders 72 hours ahead of the 9/4 release date despite multiple claims on the store page on both text and images. The stores will not be receiving physical editions until 9/4. I'd recommend buying digital if you want guaranteed early access
