• My copy was a little bit of both. Best Buy emailed me a digital download code and shipped me a lovely - and completely empty - steel book case. A bit disappointing since the product page offers digital downloads as a different format.

• You have a choice of physical or digital. The copies, thus far, sold in stores at Bestbuy are physical. At least when I pre-orderedd mine.
