Hi George! An air fryer oven is simply a convection oven that has a built-in air frying feature that makes air frying in your oven easy. Convection fans will circulate hot air very quickly around the surface of the food, which will, in turn, crisp it up to a delicious, golden crust. The convection setting circulates the hot air slower for more even baking. We hope this helps!
