“Put this dishwasher in to replace my old one. It’s really quiet but the silverware, plastics, and walls of the dishwasher never dry. I use an all in one dishwasher cube. Is something wrong the my machine?”

You need to use the dryer agent to aid in drying, like cascades or finish. To achieve energy star requirements they can not heat as hot as they used to allow. Also plastics never got fully dry. I have no issue when using the dryer agent.
