QuestionI read that some high efficiency machines need to be cleaned. Does this one require a cleaning cycle or additional cleaning to keep up with the washer being free of extra soap or bacteria?

- Answer Great question Overthinker. We recommend cleaning the washer once a month or after 30 wash cycle. You can run a clean wash cycle with no clothes in the unit and using Affresh. We hope this information helps in moving forward.

QuestionIs the clean washer with Affresh cycle suppose to work on this model. The washer does not fill with water, functions like a wash cycle. Only there is no wash in it. So it won't fill with water and stops. Washer is less than a year old, can it be repaired?

QuestionMy washer will not complete a load on the normal setting. It gets stuck on the spin cycle and won’t advance. How ever when I cancel the load and set to rinse and spin it will finish. Is this normal or is there an issue that needs fixed?
