A:Answer like any of the front loader high-efficiency washers, you will need to run a cleaner through it occasionally. I use the recommended cleaner, Affresh washing machine tablets, once a month and have had no problem. Of note, I used to use the Tide washing machine cleaner in my old machine, but the Affresh works much better. I have friends who have bough much more expensive models that need this cleaning much more frequently.
