QuestionDoes this washer have a fabric softener tray? If so, will it dispense during the appropriate cycle?

- Answer Hello RB! This model does have a Fabric Softener dispenser. Fabric Softener option must be selected to ensure proper distribution at correct time in cycle. Do not overfill or dilute. Overfilling dispenser will cause fabric softener to immediately dispense into washer. If Extra Rinse option is selected, fabric softener will be dispensed into the last rinse. - Answer Hi, thanks for the inquiry. On model mvwx655dw , when the start/pause button is pressed the cycle will remains paused with the lid open for 10 minutes, the washer will pump out the water. This particular model have originated by Maytag but modify by Whirlpool with best efficiency and savings of energy (Elec) as well as water too. Design of agitator as spinning base plate is outstanding for the great result of washing clothes by eliminating old design.

- Answer JLFRDH, the washer comes with a 1 year full warranty that covers parts and labor. In addition it also has a second through tenth year limited warranty that covers the cost of parts only for the drive motor and wash basket (Side Walls Only), labor is not included. QuestionI'm confused about the power requirements. My fuses are 15w. I'm told that it uses 6amps of power but the electrical requirements set forth are for 15 or 20amps. I have other appliances on the circuit so, 6 amps work but 15 wouldn't.

- Answer By stem do you mean agitator? There is not an agitator in this machine. For me this was a plus because trying to wash a comforter with an agitator is a pain!

- Answer I asked the same question when trying to purchase a new washer as my old one had a 25.5" depth. Seems they don't make that minimal depth anymore in a 3.5 cubic foot capacity washer or dryer anymore unless you want to go for a much smaller machine. Thre standard minimum size is now 27' by 27'.

- Answer Be sure the floor where you put the washer is LEVEL. My husband used his levelling tool and made sure that all the bottom are properly aligned.
