“I ordered the 5500 series washer and dryer on September 25th. Every three weeks my salesman tells me Maytag has pushed it out another three weeks. My new laundry room is empty. Now it looks like the 6630 series is replacing it. What is going on?”

I have a pair of Maytag front loading washer/dryer over 20 years and never had problems. The washer digital panel failed just a month ago so I replaced another Maytag washer from Best Buy again. I trust Maytag performance and believe older model does not mean it is not good.
