When the spin cycle started it would shake and jump around so violently it would move the dryer next to it about a foot. When they came out to replace it the second delivery guys laughed because the first delivery guys forgot to remove the shipping bolts in the back which basically hold the spinner in place. Is this possibly what’s happening for you?
