Hi Petra, this model of the 5.3 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Top-Loading Washer has two different options, one that does come with a Steam feature and one that does not. In order to pick the one with Steam feature, please reach out to BestBuy in order to make sure the one you're looking for has that option. The Sanitize with Oxi & Steam or Sanitize with Oxi (depending on model) eliminates 99.9% of bacteria when used in conjunction with the Oxi option. Preset cycle settings must be used to achieve the proper sanitization. Be sure to add an Oxi product to the Oxi dispenser.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this washer does not have a steam cycle. The Sanitize Cycle has a cycle that you can add an Oxi product. The cycle is set up to wash on Hot water, with a Max Spin. I believe you could adjust the water temp or spin cycle if you wanted to.
