“How does this machine work I put 7 towels in it and it soaks up all the water I need more water than that”

You put the machine on deep water cycle....it works every time!

I don't like that either. I usually set it to "deep water wash" or "bedding" because it gives more water.

that's the "energy efficient" feature barely any water. i use mine on bedding regardless what i'm washing so it will add more water

It goes through various cycles and believe me, your towels/clothes will be soaked. The washer knows how much water it needs.

I have washed 22 towels in one load. Never any issues. You can do power wash for more water.

It does the same thing to me. Sometimes if I pause it, lift the lid then start it again it will add more water.
