Dear Customer, The model MEDC300XW has other added features besides the 3 heating options. It has a moisture sensing bar, a 90 minute wrinkle prevention option, and an interior drum light. The 200 doesn't have the moisture sensor or an interior drum light, the wrinkle prevention is only 40 minutes and the 2 heating options. Thank you for your interest in our Maytag dryer.
