QuestionMy dryer is giving off steam in my laundry room which is causing damage to ceiling of my laundry room, it keeps saying check the screen but my screen is cleaned. I even brought an extra line that runs from my cold water to my dryer. What is causing this?

QuestionIn order to successfully convert this dryer into LP GAS, does the whole burner assembly part (W11581317) which costs around $110 is mandatory?, or instead does the conversion kit with the Orifice and the Blocking Pin (W10606694A)$28, can work?

Questionwill the installers be able to give me parts I might need to accommodate the steam function? Or do I need to order ahead of time? Not sure if it's included in the extra parts it had me add to the dryer in cart.

- Answer You need to order the kit but can do it later. Amazon has the kit and if you YouTube it you can get the parts from your local hardware. Easy to install in about 15 minutes and no modifications needed.

QuestionWhat is the plastic piece on the bottom of this dryer. Delivery guys said they had never seen this before. Is it part of packaging or do u take it off?

- Answer Are you talking about the valance panel on the lower front under the door or something else. Mine did not come with the above panel and I had to order it from sears. The box did have packaging for the dryer to sit on during shipping but this didn't come out of the box when the machine was unpacked. Could this be the piece your asking about?
