- Answer You no longer need the link cord. The built in Air Link works over W-Fi. Virtual Desktop does the same probably a little better. The cable really kills the untethered immersiveness. I play Steam VR games alkl the time on my Q2 and Q3. Half-Life Alyx is amazing!

- Answer I only got a 1 month trial offered. Even though the e-mail says claim your 6 month Quest+ trial, when I click on it, it only offers a 1 month trial and I think this is a rip off by both Best Buy and Quest. These needs to be fixed. If you make an offer, then it should be carried through.

- Answer You can use both quest 2 and quest 3 together with one account and both will have the same exact games and apps but generally, you can't play one game at the same time on both quest.

- Answer Yes Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, Peacock, Pluto, and Starz have VR apps. They mainly give you the feeling of sitting in a theater in front of a large screen. I think Amazon Prime probably is the highest quality but none really rival a great 4K TV. They are pretty darn cool though.

- Answer I unlocked mine via the meta app. After registering the headset the game store-page purchase icon just allowed me to redeem it. The game is not currently out at the time of this answer so you won't be able to play it yet.

- Answer Very much so. The controllers still operate just like a regular video games controllers allowing you to move around with out have to actually move your body. Plus there is so much you can experience that requires you to be stationary anyways.

- Answer The quest 3 does not have a separate glass spacer. It has a built-in glass spacer which allows you to expand the space by pressing a button inside the headset and adjust the it to your desired mode.

- Answer They only come in white. Straps have to be ordered separately which I would recommend anyhow. Get the elite strap for sure.

- Answer I usually get a few months out of them. They have a battery meter display so you’ll have an idea where they’re at. And obviously it all depends on how much you play or use it though. I’m daily for 2-3 hours…

- Answer According to Meta, the promotion is already out. There not new quest 3 bundle box. They said if you buy any quest 3 between 9/25/24 and 04/2025 and activate it during that time frame, you automatically will be able to download the game on 10/22/24. The only system coming on 10/15/24 are the 3s. So i don't understand why best buy have this as a new bundle due the promotion is already out. So if you buy the original quest 3 now you could get the trial and the game which will come out on the 22. Read the terms and conditions on the insert. Others retailers are already saying the same.

- Answer 6 month subscription is for Quest+ account and Library. 1 month subscription is for an additional 1 month to Xbox Game Pass as xbox games will be playable on quest 3 next month

- Answer There are quite a few. My favorite is Trip to VR. You are given a tour of various places around the world..I also have Wander which can take you to any site in the world in the present and past. I have Brink which is great for viewing some natural wonders and learning about them. There are some which teach languages but I haven’t downloaded any yet. Also ecosphere will take you to some lesser viewed sites in this world and show you how people live.
