Leave on charger for 72 hrs don’t touch it so it can “memorize” the battery life.

You should always press the button on the back of the product before using your headset to ensure your are getting that extra battery life.

Mine does the same. I think it’s a battery protection thing. I need to find an override.

For safety reasons, the Elite Strap with battery must verify the headset is not on your head to fully charge to 100%, and it can only do this if it is plugged into your headset. To fully charge an Elite Strap with battery, ensure it is plugged into your Quest 3, not on your head, and connected to a power adapter that is 18W or higher.
