“I lost the manual I found an extra blue wire in the bag stereo will not turn on don't know if I need this blue wire plugged in”

Hope you figured this out but it looks like the blue wire is the powered antenna cable. I'm not a pro but from reading online, I hooked it up to the red power cable and radio started working. I think there is another harness that corrects this as well but it doesn't seem to be needed.
