This product will convert the signal from your factory speaker wire to RCA output. Once installed, you'll need to run RCA wires to an amplifier. (which is what it sounds like you're looking for) 

An amplifier processes the signal is receives; then provides output power to the speakers. 

In short, you need a 4 channel line out converter or 4 channel amplifier that has a "high input harness."
