• It will fit but if you have a premium sound system it won't kick on the factory amp. Aka no sound. Also no power for unit. You will have to run a wire tap from fuse box number 18 to turn on the system. You will be better off with the PAC wiring harness ch11. Will retain your steering wheel control as well. Plus no wire tap

• The model wire you mentioned is not clear but this product should work with 2006 Chryslers.
