- Answer No, the 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offer is exclusive to Xbox All Access. Up to 36 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate may be purchased individually and "stacked" in your account, however.

- Answer We're sorry there's an issue redeeming your 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through the Xbox All Access plan. If you've already set up your console without being prompted to redeem it, select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Full Library, and then look under Available offers to see your offers. If you do not see an option to redeem your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through initial setup and/or through the Settings app, contact Citizens Pay at service.citizensone.com. They’ll need to verify your Xbox All Access account and determine next steps.

QuestionI purchased the combo xbox one s with the 24 month digital all access. I see from other questions that it is preloaded in the actual console, however when I go to the settings >> account >> I don't have any option to find the preloaded card. Help?

- Answer I had the same issue. You will most likely have to call citizen one, and have them link your new console to the 24 month GPU. Dial + 1 (866) 999-0233 Press for option 1 (dial 1)

- Answer Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.

- Answer It will ask you to redeem when you do the initial setup. Unfortunately mine is bugged, so I am unable to claim it and must call Support with Citizen One.
