Yes, it will need to be uninstalled; however, MO2007 will be keeped in your Microsoft Office Account for future re-installation.

Only issue that I found was with having two instances of Outlook - caused problems when you download messages to your PC and don't leave on server. I ended up deleting Office 2007 on all 3 PCs and have not experienced any negatives.

Please try again later.yes and no. if you have x86 version of office 2007 installed, there are some programs that are only available on older office that are not part of office 365. however for mainly word/excel/outlook/access/publisher/powerpoint, you can't have 2 versions of office installed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have to uninstall old office products, but it does make it easier for Wndows to identify default programs. I would uninstall older office versions, it will not touch your data.
