- Answer I don't know, you should check with the seller what they know about their product and the product renewal policy. Best I know, I've been offered the program for $99 (each year?) but, I'm also able to purchase my most recent year's subscription for $79 which isn't bad if you have 6 devices altogether or 5 other individuals you wish to share the program with.

- Answer I don't have MAC, just windows and that's never been a problem for me with my devices. You could read the literature on the product you purchased the program from to see if does allow two different operating systems to download the program. The other thing is just try downloading MS 365 on your MAC and it will either accept the program or not.

- Answer You could create additional Microsoft Accounts, assign each of them a license, then go create a folder in those accounts' 1TB OneDrive space and share it with your other account(s).
