Does 365 Office Personal come with MS Access? null

I purchased this and yes, it does come with Access. They are the 2016 versions.

No, it doesn't. My understanding is that MS Access is currently available separately, as it's not as frequently-used as the other applications in this product suite. Certainly, this helps to keep costs down for average users who don't need a powerful database tool like Access.
