“If I buy another laptop in the near future, and I have the subscription on another laptop. Will the subscription transfer to the new laptop will I have to subscribe to another plan and disable the old plan?”

No it will not unless you have the version professional then you can use it on up to 5 products including computers,ipads,androids ect.
