• A:Answer One has been opened and returned, it should work perfectly and have all of the accessories. I purchased 2 refurbished controllers, the joysticks weren't working correctly on one of them but they were able to replace it and give me a new one free of charge.

• A:Answer It is not Brand New and has been owned and returned. After it gets returned, it is refurbished or almost like renewed. And sold at a cheaper price than a Brand New one.
