How do I get my disc games on to my none disc system null

You have to pay to download them and/or have a subscription to Xbox game pass. The idea is to subscribe to game pass to try a few of the hundreds they offer on there then if you want to own them before they are removed from the game pass platform then you buy a digital copy I believe for a discount.

Xbox One S All-Digital Edition is not compatible with disc games. Any Xbox One games on disc that you own will need to be purchased digitally for use with this system. If you already have a library of Xbox games on disc, we recommend purchasing a standard Xbox One S instead.
