“Is this keyboard as poor as the bluetooth only version (Microsoft Surface Keyboard)? The previous one's bluetooth drops every 2-5 minutes making the keyboard useless but I loved the feel so does this wired version stay connected flawlessly?”

My experience with BT connection has been very poor with this version. I've never tried the original. It stays connected just fine, but the battery runs out without warning. Sometimes it is difficult to get it to connect, thanks to a total lack of a 'pairing' mode.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My keyboard is paired to the Samsung Tab A. I haven't experienced any drop in bluetooth signal. The keys on the Surface are good, but don't expect the same from this keyboard. Best to try it out, if possible before buying.
