Yes it will. It works either wirelessly via bluetooth, or wired via USB. The wired connection is also used to charge the device so that it can be used wirelessly. When used wirelessly, you can simply unplug the USB cable.

It doesn't look like it can. Microsoft only lists Windows 10 in the pairing process https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/keyboards/microsoft-modern-keyboard-with-fingerprint-id

As far as I know, it will not. The interface is USB wireless, I did not see anything about Bluetooth connectivity.
