“Do the Home and Student 2019 include micro soft publisher? I will be downloading this on a new computer it was mentioned in a previous question and they said that it had publisher just wanted to make sure it does”

You do not have access to Publisher with Home & Student. You can install it through the Microsoft Store but it will charge you the separate fee for it. Home & Student also does not come with Access. You get the usual OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote & Skype. You do get the trial version I believe but if you want long-term access that is what you will have to purchase. Hope this helps!
