• While Surface Dial was designed with the Surface line in mind, it is currently compatible with all Windows 10 devices. Features include, press and hold for the menu, rotation, click and dynamic feedback. On-screen detection is compatible with Studio only.

• I have an HP Spectre 360x and it works fine with programs like Sketchable. I believe that your system needs to use Bluetooth LE for it to work, but I could be wrong. I have found it most useful with graphics programs but it does work with others.
